Yes. Full transfer at the final milestone. The repository, the hosting accounts, the domains, and the documentation go into your name. Nothing stays locked behind a Klema Labs login.

Internal tools start at $8,000. A SaaS MVP starts at $20,000. A full platform is scoped per project, because the price depends on how many roles, integrations, and compliance requirements it carries. You get a fixed price per milestone before work begins.

MVPs ship in 8 to 12 weeks. Full platforms run 20 weeks or more, usually in two phases so something real is in production early.

Yes. We start with a paid technical review of the current code, hosting, and data. You get a written assessment of what is worth keeping, what needs replacing, and what it costs, and then you decide.

Yes. Audit logs, encryption, tenant isolation, and role based access are built in from day one rather than bolted on later. My Elara, our practice platform for clinicians, was built this way.

You own the product, so you are free to walk away or hire anyone to continue. Most clients take an optional support plan that covers monitoring, dependency updates, and a set number of change hours each month.
