Privacy policy

The contact form on this site asks for your name, your email address, an optional company name, a description of the project, and a budget range. That is everything we collect from you directly.

Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address and browser user agent, for security and reliability. We do not run advertising trackers or sell data to anyone.

We use what you send to reply to your enquiry, to prepare a scope and a price, and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not use it for unrelated marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list without you asking.

Klema Labs staff working on your enquiry. Form submissions are delivered by email through our email provider and may also be stored in our customer relationship system. Those providers process the data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Project records are kept for as long as we have a contractual or legal reason to hold them, then deleted.

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email tomas@klemalabs.io and we will action the request within 30 days.

When we build software for a client, any personal data inside that system belongs to the client. We access it only as needed to deliver the work, under the terms of the project agreement, and we transfer control of the system and its data to the client at hand-off.

If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we will update the date below. Continuing to use the site after that date means the updated policy applies.
